As we get older, we tend to take more care of ourselves in terms of diet and exercise. These can not only improve our health, but also extend or lifespan and make us look great on the outside. This was the case with Yazemeenah Rossi, who has just signed a swimwear modeling contract at the age of 61! Is it hard to believe? Take a look at her pictures and everything becomes clearer. She looks so youthful! Luckily for all of us, she shared some of her secrets of her youthful body.
If you don’t see her white hair, you may not even notice that she is 61. She has a body that even a 30-year-old would be jealous of.

Rossi became the new face of a swimwear line that is a collaboration between lingerie company Land of Women and online retailer The Dreslyn.
Taylor Corcia, the founder of The Dreslyn, wanted Rossi because she would bring a new perspective. Moreover, Tylor claims that Rossi “radiates health and vitality”.
But what is her secret?
“She’s confident, she’s a visual artist, she takes care of herself. [This line is] all about being a person who’s well-lived and well-traveled and has intelligence and confidence, and letting that shine through,” Corcia said.
What about Rossi? Does she have anything to say about her lifestyle? Rossy claims that her eating habits play a big role in how she looks.
Rossi now lives in Malibu, but was born in France and raised in Corsica. As it turns out, her Mediterranean upbringing has influenced her habits.

Mediterranean diets include a lot of fish and vegetables as well as a lot of extra virgin olive oil. And all of these are her secrets. She uses olive oils on her hair and her face as well.
“I come from a very simple background where we used olive oil to cook with. Olive oil was used on our hair and skin – nothing else,” she says.
“The media makes us believe that we need this or that to have a great skin so that products can be sold,” but Rossi believes that sugar mixed with olive oil is a great facial scrub. Moreover, she uses rapeseed oil for her hair, too.
In the end, it may all be down to genetics, but this model certainly leads healthy diet.
“The best thing for the skin is to eat enough healthy fats on a daily basis and to oxygenate well while exercising. I never eat processed, frozen, microwaved or low-fat food”.
